ISKCON observed Shri Krishna Janmastami in a grand manner from 21st -23rd Aug. All attractive Lordships Shri Shri Radha Madhava with new embroidered dress and embellished altar enchanted more than 20,000 devotees. Radha Madhav Committee members,Central Coal Minister Mr.Jaiswal,DIG & SP (E &W) Kanpur ,Smt.S Agarwal(SDM City) received the blessings of the Lordships.120 families performed Kalash Abhishek ceremony to the deities.Devotees relished various devotional performances like lectures, kirtans, dances ,dramas which were displayed by temple devotees, school children and professionals. Bithoor Police station and SP (Traffic police Kanpur) catered to the security and traffic needs respectively. Event was well managed under the able guidance of Zonal Secretary (UP)HG Devakinandan P and the counsel members. Many devotees & youths volunteered for the services all through the celebrations.
